About Bev Stayart
Bev Stayart’s many humanitarian and charitable causes include St. Joseph’s Indian School and the Humane Society of the United States.
St. Joseph's Indian School in Chamberlain, South Dakota, provides Lakota children with superior educational opportunities, preservation of Native American culture, and the encouragement to fulfill their dreams. Bev Stayart’s support for St. Joseph’s helps the school continue an altruistic legacy dating to 1927.
The Humane Society of the United States counts Bev Stayart among its most passionate supporters. Bev Stayart's active participation in campaigns to preserve the baby seal population in eastern Canada, protect wild horses, and prohibit the aerial shooting of wolves in the western United States underscores her dedication to the environment. Bev Stayart continues to advocate for humane causes, particularly through her involvement with organizations such as the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, World Farm Animals Day, Defenders of Wildlife, and the Compassion for Animals Road Expedition #4 (CARE-4).
Currently the Chief Financial Officer and Director of Business Development for Stayart Law Offices, Bev Stayart remains an active contributor to her community and to humanitarian endeavors. Bev Stayart is also a published poet and the bearer of degrees from the University of Iowa and the University of Chicago.
